Penggu Korea Pay ("the site") respects your privacy and follows Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and related laws.

1. Information we collect

The site has no accounts. Values you enter in the calculators (salary, dates, hours) are processed only in your browser and are never sent to or stored on a server.

If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and fix errors, and delete them within one year after the matter is closed.

2. Cookies and automatically collected information

To run the service and show ads, the site may use the following third-party services, which can collect cookies, IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit time.

  • Google AdSense: shows ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics (if used): measure visits anonymously.

You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the calculators still work.

3. Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties, except when required by law through due process.

4. Retention and deletion

Emails are deleted within one year after the purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any message you sent us at any time.

6. Children

The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
